I love this piece. It was such a surprise. Painted early on a Saturday morning with the Beasty Boys popping up on the random shuffle of my iPod over and over again. I can still feel how relaxed I was. Singing out loud ( I do that in my studio), shaking my hips and shuffling my feet. Moments like that always lead to something beautiful.  I walk away from the exercise remembering why I paint - it makes me feel relaxed, centred, whole and open.
