About Me

I’m Sara Wallace, and I help intuitive, creative women move from disconnection and self-doubt to emotional sovereignty and soul-aligned creation.
My journey hasn’t been linear — it’s been cyclical, like the seasons, like the womb, like art. I’ve burned out, broken down, rebuilt, and reclaimed my voice more than once. Each time I rise, it’s with deeper wisdom and greater grace. And now I help other women do the same.
As a child, I was wildly imaginative — always dancing, creating, dreaming. But like many of us, I lost that connection as life unfolded. Puberty, grief, people-pleasing, and perfectionism slowly pulled me away from my intuitive nature. I tried to do everything “right.” I succeeded, but I was disconnected.
I built a career, ran marathons, climbed ladders. I played by the rules of a masculine world — until my body, heart, and spirit said “enough.” Chronic menstrual pain and burnout were the loud wake-up calls that invited me back to myself.
That return wasn’t instant. It came in waves — through heartbreak, therapy that didn’t quite reach me, and a healer who finally did. Through art, meditation, nature, and solitude. Through walking away from jobs, relationships, and versions of myself that no longer fit.
Every breakdown taught me something essential: Pushing through doesn’t lead to peace. The body holds the truth. Rest is medicine. Feeling is power. And creativity is the doorway to transformation.
I’ve learned to live and lead from grace, not grind. I’m a guide for women ready to do the same — those awakening from hustle culture, healing their relationship with their body, and longing to create something new from the inside out.
Through frequency healing, coaching, and creative practices, I support your return to cyclical wisdom, emotional clarity, and self-trust. I weave intuition with structure, holding space for both the deep descent and the radiant rise.
Because success without alignment leads to burnout — but when you’re rooted in your values and led by your inner voice, you create with ease, purpose, and joy.
This is not about arriving. It’s about honoring your rhythm. Reclaiming your voice. And allowing your art — your life — to unfold, one intuitive brushstroke at a time.
